The Boys and Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico (BGCPR) is a non-profit organization aimed at helping young people reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Mr. Carrera will discuss how BGCPR established a system to measure its results that led to revenues more than tripling, from $1.9 million to $6.2 million, and the organization swinging from a loss of more than $50,000 to a surplus of more than $85,409.
